Duties:
- Coordinate with key project stakeholders including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to agree scope of works and deliver project and shareholder requirements
- Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction
- Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced
- Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules
- Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s‑curves, and histograms
- Overseeing safety and quality plansfor the project
- Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy
- Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar role
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a contracting environment essential
- Good Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team
- Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
