Mechanical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from inception through to completion. This role will be based in Donegal and the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through handover
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve programme targets
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and technical delivery of M&E services
- This Mechanical Project Manager will identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular performance and progress reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management (mechanical background highly desirable)
- As Mechanical Project Manager you will need a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in commercial project cost control and major construction projects
- Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline (desirable)
- Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel to site locations
