Mechanical Project Engineer
Mechanical Project Engineers required to work for a leading Mechanical Engineering contractor to work on their projects in Limerick and Cork. The successful Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for work a range of Pharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of area engineers overseeing specific construction areas.
- Provide technical support to area engineers to resolve field engineering queries.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to monitor the construction schedule and prioritize off-site pipe and support fabrication.
- Coordinate on-site activities between Mechanical and other disciplines.
- Compile weekly progress reports for the client and Project Manager, gathering updates from area engineers.
- Collect weekly variation reports from area engineers and submit them to the QS/Cost Engineer.
- Monitor the scope of work and identify potential out-of-scope activities on-site.
- Ensure equipment is ordered on time and coordinate project activities with the offsite fabrication team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working on large scale pharmaceutical projects is beneficial.
- Knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs is essential.
- Team player with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
Salary & Benefits:
- €55,000 to €65,000 – DOE
