Mechanical Construction Manager (Belgium)
We are seeking an experienced a Mechanical Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale engineering projects. This role is based in Belgium. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, proven leadership on complex sites, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and coordination.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on mechanical projects in the pharmaceutical or oil & gas industries.
- Time-served fitter or holder of a mechanical engineering qualification.
- Strong understanding of piping isometric drawings and general arrangement drawings.
- As Mechanical Construction Manager you will need excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Logical, systematic approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure compliance with all safety and quality policies.
- This Mechanical Construction Manager will coordinate onsite activities across mechanical and other technical disciplines.
- Monitor and support the delivery of the project construction schedule.
- Attend on-site coordination meetings with the client.
- Plan and monitor labour and plant requirements with site supervisors.
- Supervise and manage project subcontractors.
Benefits
- Salary €80,000 – €90,000 DOE
