Mechanical Construction Manager required for one of Ireland’s largest contractors to work on a Data Centre Project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical construction scope.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts for mechanical construction activities.
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate mechanical teams and subcontractors, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance for the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and cost controls to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Serve as liaison with clients, engineers, and stakeholders, attending meetings and resolving project challenges.
Requirements
- BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or relevant Trade qualification.
- 6 years’+ experience in Mechanical Construction Management
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems with a track record of managing large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion.
