M&E Manager (Relocate to Canada)
Exciting career opening for an M&E Manager to move to Toronto and join a top Canadian main contractor (approximately $4 billion in annual revenue). This position, within the Building Division, involves a varied project portfolio spanning high-rise, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, transportation, and education initiatives. Reporting to the M&E Director, the M&E Manager ensures contract alignment, key project outcomes, subcontractor preparedness, budget oversight, and safety standards while managing all M&E elements. The role may also involve supervising Specialists and Coordinators.
Duties:
- Assess bid and contract materials, pinpointing risks and ensuring adherence to submission guidelines.
• Handle project financials, subcontractor agreements, and commercial oversight across the project duration.
• Supervise MEIT project scope, covering estimation, procurement, subcontracting, and fulfilment of contract terms.
• Maintain precise cost monitoring, risk reduction, and financial updates to uphold project profitability and standards.
• Create and execute commissioning strategies, contract wrap-up procedures, and change order processes.
• Foster and sustain positive connections with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project contributors.
Requirements:
- Diploma, technical training, or university degree with trade expertise required.
• Skills across multiple specializations are a plus.
• Over 10 years of experience in related areas.
• Background in handling complex contracts and large subcontractor teams.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork proficiency.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of $180,000 to $210,000 CAD (approximately €120,000 to €140,000).
