A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their team on a key healthcare project in Longford, where you will be based 2 days per week, the other days you will be based in their North Dublin offices.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination and management of all M&E services.
• Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site management to ensure full integration of services.
• Review design drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving coordination issues in advance of installation.
• Manage M&E subcontractors on site, ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to programme milestones.
• Attend and lead coordination meetings, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with current building regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and procurement tracking in collaboration with the commercial and design teams.
• Monitor commissioning activities and support handover documentation and project close-out.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across all building services.
• Support planning and sequencing of M&E works in line with overall construction programme.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an M&E coordination or management role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (healthcare experience highly desirable).
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
• Relevant degree, diploma, or trade background in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
Salary Package:
• €80,000 – €85,000
• Vehicle, Pension and Fuel Card.
