M&E Coordinator
We are seeking an M&E Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to join a highly reputable main building contractor on two new projects just starting in Dublin. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in apartments, housing, offices, or similar sectors. Our client will consider candidates with either an Electrical or Mechanical background.
Role Responsibilities
- Review M&E design information during the tender phase and highlight any design gaps to the bidding team.
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage the release of M&E design data to ensure timely distribution for construction.
- Verify that construction information has been properly reviewed by designers and the construction team, and meets project specifications.
- Contribute to CDM (Construction, Design, and Management) and Health and Safety considerations.
- Lead meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Examine project drawings and technical specifications for inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Previous experience working for a contractor.
- Datacentre project experience desirable.
- At least 5 years’ experience in building services coordination in Ireland and the UK.
- Familiarity with Revit / BIM.
Salary & Benefits
- 80k–€90k, depending on experience.
