I am currently seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join my clients team, a Tier 1 Main Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large scale educational project in Dublin City Centre.
Responsabilities:
- Review M&E design documentation and ensure the timely release of information for construction activities.
- Oversee the submission and approval process for all M&E design drawings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, client, and company requirements.
- Assist in preparing submissions for BCAR uploads.
- Ensure M&E designs are cost-effective, align with budgeted or tendered costs, and meet contract deliverables.
- Ensure specialist mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler sub-contractors strictly adhere to the company’s Safety Management System.
- Ensure sub-contractors provide all necessary quality and statutory documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor meetings.
- Support project quantity surveyors in reviewing and preparing subcontractor monthly and final accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience on site with a large-scale construction/engineering organisation.
- Relevant Degree Qualification
- Previous experience in Residential, Commercial and / or mixed-use development
- Time-served mechanical/ electrical background.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team enviroment.
- Experience delivering project with BIM, word, Excel etc.
Salary Package:
- €70k – €80k DOE
- 8% pension contribution
