Materials Controller
We are currently recruiting a Materials Controller to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a HyperscaleData Centre project in Belgium. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile quantities with supervisors and vendors, ensuring accurate material tracking and cost allocation in CCS/SAP systems.
- Receive and securely store materials and plant hire, adhering to quality management systems and document control.
- Coordinate transport arrangements, expedite supplier deliveries, and monitor store functions and storekeepers.
- Collaborate with Planning and Material Engineers to ensure material availability, client approvals, and minimal inventory.
- Manage inventory control, dispose of surplus/scrap materials, and provide data to the Commercial Department for budgeting.
Requirements
- Proficient with MS Office and various computer software
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent at building relationships at all levels in order to ensure flow of communication
- Previous experience in stores or logistics, ideally in construction industry
- Previous supervisory skills desirable
- An EU Passport is required
