Please note that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the Irish market. Candidates whose experience has been exclusively gained overseas cannot be considered for this position.

The Role
As Managing Director, you will drive strategic growth, market penetration, and operational excellence while overseeing P&L and business development. This role requires strong leadership to scale the company nationally and internationally, build client relationships, and ensure profitability.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in senior leadership within M&E Building Services
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent
- Proven track record in P&L ownership and business growth
- Expertise in commercial energy retrofit projects
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
- Retrofit project experience is a must
