Maintenance Manager
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join a leading Irish HVAC service and maintenance provider based in Dublin. The successful candidates will oversee the full delivery of PPM, reactive and emergency callout services across a diverse commercial and industrial client base.

Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of all HVAC maintenance services, including PPM, reactive, and emergency callouts
- Lead and manage HVAC/mechanical engineering teams, including scheduling, resourcing, and performance
- Ensure works meet technical, compliance, safety, and QMS standards, with accurate documentation and SLA adherence
- Act as main point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong communication, service quality, and issue resolution
- Support contract renewals, variations, proposals, and attend client meetings/site reviews
- Provide technical support, review service reports, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- 5–10+ years’ experience in HVAC/mechanical services or facilities maintenance management
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and maintenance best practice
- Proven leadership of engineering/service teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with scheduling, costing, and contract performance
