Our client, a rapidly expanding and well-established civil contractor, is seeking a Junior Site Manager for long-term work in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer looking to step into a management role with a reputable company that offers strong support and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day site operations to ensure efficient project delivery.

Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Support senior site management and liaise with project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Contribute to planning, reporting, and site documentation.
Requirements:
-
2+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in civil engineering.
-
Strong organisational and communication skills.
-
Ambition to grow into a leadership role within site management.
-
Relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction.
