Graduate/ Junior Quantity Surveyor
A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is looking for an experienced a Graduate/ Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the commercial management of assigned projects.
- Contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of the subcontractor procurement process.
- Assist in coordinating subcontractor appointments and maintaining accurate account records.
- Provide support in administering and processing subcontractor payments.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated with a keen eagerness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Some relevant work experience through internships or placements (preferred but not essential).
- Professional attitude with a commitment to ethical standards.
