A leading builder developer is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team for a new healthcare project in North Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to its successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Monitor and control project costs, variations, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure commercial compliance.
- Conduct site visits to validate progress and support contract administration.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS staff where required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Junior QS
- Experience working with main contractors or developers.
- Relevant professional qualification
Salary & Benefits:
