A growing project and cost management consultancy in Dublin city have a new requirement for Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with a market-leading cost management company and work on a varied project portfolio including healthcare, residential, commercial and leisure developments across Ireland.
Joining a recognised industry leader, the Quantity Surveyor will work within a team environment and assist in providing the full range of Quantity Surveying duties from project planning through to completion. Previous undergraduate or postgraduate experience is preferred.
Senior level opportunities are available with additional level of responsibilities.
The Quantity Surveyor will be:
- Educationally qualified with a in Quantity Surveying
- Have 0-3 years post graduate experience
- Possess a broad knowledge base of local markets
- Team player
- Building project experience is desired
- A knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction
- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate effectively
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to deliver a high-quality professional service to clients
- Strong IT skills including cost planning software (Cubit / Cost-X)
- Good organisational skills.
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
