Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Germany)

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with approximately 3 years’ experience required to join a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on large scale Datacentre Project in Frankfurt.  This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate QS to join one of the busiest Irish Tier 1 Contractors in their expanding European Mainland operations.  The successful Intermediate QS will have plenty of opportunity to progress and with a high level of responsibility from the beginning.  The ideal Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have previous experience on Datacentre Projects.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• At least 2 years of residential construction in Ireland or the UK.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Salary:

• Starting Salary: €65k– €75k
