Industrial Electrician required to join one of Ireland’s leading providers of high, medium and low-voltage electrical services. Their offices are based in Cork, but the successful candidate will be required to travel to sites throughout Munster.  The successful Electrician will be responsible for of a range of projects including industrial, commercial, and pharmaceutical. The successful candidate will be based in Ireland and be eligible to work in Ireland currently.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems in the commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical sectors.
• Install, assembly & commissioning of HV, MV and LV equipment such as: switchgear, transformers & protection relays.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex building engineering services, ensuring projects meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Utilise the most technically advanced equipment and solutions in all electrical work, consistently seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Jointing, terminating and connection of  cables.

Qualifications / Skills

• Must be a fully qualified Electrician with experience in industrial and commercial environments; experience in pharmaceutical or commercial sectors is advantageous.
• A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, instrumentation, and fire protection systems.
• A full driver’s license is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with clients.
