HVAC Site Engineer
A multidisciplinary contractor is currently seeking a HVAC Site Engineer to work on a range of both commercial & industrial buildings around Limerick and Cork.
As the ideal candidate, you will be self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently to meet on-site deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively engage with both clients and colleagues. You should also be able to produce reports in a timely manner. Having knowledge in both plumbing and electrical systems is an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of commercial heating and cooling equipment.
- Communicate with management regarding status of work orders.
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g. Air conditioning systems, electrical boilers, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Installation of air-conditioning equipment, heating and ventilation systems.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools and equipment in good working order.
- Participate in meetings, workshops and training as required.
Requirements
- Time served fully qualified trades person from a plumbing, refrigeration and/or an A/C background.
- Background in service and installation of AC equipment.
- RGI certification favourable.
- Minimum 3+ years HVAC experience.
- Valid/clean drivers’ licence.
- Knowledge and experience in the maintenance and repair of Split AC, VRV systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units.
