Responsibilities:
- Lead all tendering activities for high voltage Power & Renewables (P&R) projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to prepare tender documents and client value propositions.
- Review and interpret tender specifications, ensuring all BID deliverables are met.
- Manage client interactions during tender and post-tender stages, including clarifications.
- Coordinate interfaces between electrical and civil engineering in tender submissions.
- Compile and assess technical submittals and tender returns.
- Liaise with the Estimation Department on commercial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and identify process improvements.
- Lead post-tender meetings and periodic reviews to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce risk.
- Manage multiple tender submittal portals.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, with proven High Voltage (HV) expertise.
- Professional acumen to represent the company in meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Strong IT skills for reports and presentations.
- Experience managing multiple tenders across disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive, solution-focused mindset and flexible to travel.
Salary:
- Salary of €60,000 – €70,000 DOE.
