HV Tendering Engineer
We are recruiting for a High Voltage (HV) Tendering Engineer to join our team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work on major construction projects with a leading Tier 1 contractor. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders.

Responsibilities
- Lead tendering activities for Power & Renewables (High Voltage) projects
- Prepare compliant tender documents, including technical and commercial inputs
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial, and support teams
- Manage client interface during tender and post-tender clarifications
- Coordinate electrical and civil engineering interfaces for tenders
- Attend and lead post-tender meetings
- Review tender specifications and ensure BID deliverables are met
- Liaise with Estimation on commercial proposals
- Ensure compliance with business procedures and highlight risks
- Manage tender submissions via various portals
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce risk
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in High Voltage tendering or related roles
- Strong understanding of commercial fundamentals and project bid management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient IT skills for reports and presentations
- Experience managing multiple, multi disciplinary tenders simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Solution focused mindset and flexible to travel
