Health & Safety Advisor:
We are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor for an M&E contractor to work across several water and infrastructure projects in Carlow. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Senior Health and Safety Advisor.

Responsibilities:
- Support site compliance with company and client H&S policies.
- Maintain safety systems (ISO45001) and documentation.
- Assist in preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks.
- Carry out site inspections and report findings to management.
- Record and investigate incidents and near misses.
- Review sub-contractor safety documents and monitor compliance.
- Ensure workers are trained and using correct PPE and equipment.
- Help compile Safety Files and submit weekly reports.
- Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of a Health & Safety Diploma.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- A relevant Health & Safety qualification.
- This is a graduate role/junior role for someone learning on the job.
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of Irish Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships.
Salary:
- Salary €50K – €60K DOE
