Health & Safety Manager
A well-established Precast Concrete Sub-Contractor in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team.
Role:
- Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies across manufacturing, construction, and office environments.
- Lead the organisation’s HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with legal and best practice standards.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training to enhance workplace safety.
- Investigate incidents, recommend improvements, and drive accident prevention initiatives.
- Oversee HSE leadership change programmes and wellbeing initiatives, including mental health support.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards while collaborating with HR on health and wellbeing risks.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree in relevant discipline with extensive experience in HSE.
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar environment and role.
