My client, a leading developer, is seeking a Health & Safety Graduate to join their Health & Safety Team on a residential housing project in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to gain hands-on, site-based experience within a dynamic construction environment. The position is offered on an 18-month fixed-term basis, with full support and mentoring from experienced Health & Safety professionals.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the construction management team to promote and maintain a safe and productive site environment.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the company’s Health & Safety Management System.
- Identify potential hazards and contribute to risk assessments and control measures.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of site safety documentation and statutory records.
- Help ensure contractor compliance with company and legal safety requirements.
- Participate in site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Contribute to toolbox talks
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Relevant work experience (placement or internship) desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary & Benefits
- €35,000 – €42,000 per annum + benefits, including:
