Health and Safety Advisor – Established Civil Contractor
Our client, a well-established and respected civil contractor is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor for a project in West Dublin. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company with long-term work and career growth prospects in the Dublin area.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety standards are met.

Develop and implement risk assessments, safety plans, and safe systems of work.

Provide guidance and safety training to site teams and subcontractors.

Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain safety records.

Collaborate with project managers and senior staff to promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Health and Safety Advisor role, with experience on civil projects.

Strong knowledge of civil construction safety regulations and best practices.
-
NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualification.
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Benefits:

Salary circa €60,000 – €70,000 and company vehicle / fuel card.
