Graduate Site Engineer – Public Realm & Infrastructure (Limerick)
A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to join their growing team across projects in Limerick City and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience on large-scale civil infrastructure and public realm projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site operations on projects including footpaths, bus corridors, and cycle infrastructure
- Support setting out and surveying activities
- Track daily site progress and maintain records
- Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Contribute to quality assurance and health & safety compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (final-year students welcome)
- Completion of a college work placement or internship (minimum a few months) within construction, civil engineering, or a related field is required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn on-site
