General Foreman required for leading builder -developer work on a large residential development (apartments) in South West Dublin. Our client has an excellent reputation as one of best developers in the market and also as one of the best payers in the industry. We have successfully started several staff with this company and they all report that the projects are very well run and set up. This is a long-term project that is just starting, and we are ideally looking for a Foreman who has experience working on large scale building projects from the ground up to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors
- Managing construction team
- Managing programme
- Ensure completion dates are met
- Ensuring quality of works
- Managing health and safety on Site
Requirements:
- Strong large building project experience in Ireland or the UK (apartments experience essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
