A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a General Foreman to join their team for a housing project located in Cork. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to work on high-quality residential developments with one of Ireland’s top contractors.
Role:
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance on-site, adhering to all regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Work closely with the Senior Engineer and Site Managers to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to support the effective delivery of the project.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a General Foreman role, ideally on residential or housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Salary and Benefits:
- €60k – €65k
