A leading residential developer is currently seeking a Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working on a large-scale 500+ unit residential project in Douglas, Cork, with a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Monitor progress against the project programme and report to the Site Manager / Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, materials usage, and workforce attendance.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman on large-scale residential projects (preferably 200+ units).
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building regulations.
- Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently on-site while liaising with project management.
- Relevant construction qualifications or certifications desirable.
