Finishing Foreman required for a leading residential developer to work on a large residential project just north of Bray.  Our client a fantastic reputation and a robust pipeline of high quality residential  projects ready to commence toward the end of the year.  The successful Finishing Foreman will ideally have worked on residential projects ideally in Ireland previously.  Our client will also consider candidates looking to take the step up.

Required

• Carpentry background
• Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
  Apartments experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good eye for detail

Package:

• Salary circa €65k-€75k
