A reputable builder-developer seeks a Finishing Foreman for a significant school project in Harold’s Cross, South Dublin. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in residential projects and demonstrate leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Preferably from a carpentry background.
- Previous experience with a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in IT for generating reports.
- Strong team leadership capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly Management Team meetings for the Construction Team.
- Maintain the Site Diary, recording personnel levels for each subcontractor and documenting all site activities.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed to the highest standards.
- Motivate laborers and subcontractors.
Package:
- Salary in the range of €75,000 – €80,000
- Travel allowance or company van provided
