Finishing Foreman 

Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large apartments development in North County Dublin. The successful Finishing foreman will have worked on apartments or housing previously, have a keen eye for detail and strong personnel management skills. Our client has a very strong pipeline work across the country and will have many other projects coming up in this region.

Required

• Ideally carpentry background.
• Must have worked in a similar capacity for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong IT skills for reports.
• Ability to lead a team.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman.
• Good eye for detail.

Role

• Attending weekly Management Team meeting for the Construction Team.
• Maintaining the Site Diary – recording personnel levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
• coordinating and managing of subcontractors.
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Ability to motivate labourers and sub-contractors.

Package:

• Salary circa €70,000 – €75,000
• Travel allowance / Company van
