A well-established Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the final stages of residential construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise the final stages of construction works, ensuring the completion of high-quality finishes.
- Manage and coordinate trades on site to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and within the allocated time frame.
- Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any site issues.
- Monitor and report on progress, quality control, and safety on-site.
- Ensure that all materials and resources are available for the completion of works.
- Oversee the snagging and de-snagging processes, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure all finishing works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor.
- Proven experience in managing the finishing phase of construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Salary & Benefits:
- €60,000 – €65,000, based on experience.
