Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Builder/ Developer to work on a large 3 year residential project in West Dublin.  Our client a fantastic reputation as an employer and are really ramping up their team for this project.  The successful Finishing Foreman will have worked on residential projects ideally in Ireland before.

Required

• Carpentry background
• Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
  Apartments experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good eye for detail

Package:

• Salary circa €75k-€80k
