Façade Manager
Façade Manager required for a highly reputable Specialist to work on various projects in the Dublin area with a focus on Facades, Partitions, and Doors packages. This role will suit an experienced Façade Manager or similar who wants to take a step up with a reputable company. You will be the key lead in this department, so proven leadership and technical oversight experience is essential.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in the installation of internal and external doors, glazed screens, and partitions.
• Strong knowledge of fire-rated systems and certification compliance.
• Ability to lead a team and take full ownership of the package from coordination to install.
• Ensure sub-contractors are compliant with specification and contract terms.
• Attend and contribute to design coordination and site progress meetings.
• Monitor and enforce fire-stopping and compartmentation requirements.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, programme delivery, and material management.
• Experience managing interface works with other trades such as M&E and façade contractors.
• Proven ability to maintain high safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and drive a safe working culture.
Salary:
• €70K – €80K (DOE)
• Company car / car allowance
