Environmental Consultant – Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) – Dublin
Fantastic opportunity for an Environmental Consultant to join a well-established, multidisciplinary environmental and engineering consultancy in Dublin, delivering high-quality planning-led environmental services across Ireland. This role will suit an Environmental Consultant with a strong grounding in Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and who enjoys working on plan-level projects that directly influence sustainable development, policy and infrastructure delivery.
Projects:
- Strategic Environmental Assessment for Development Plans and Local Area Plans in Ireland
- Sectoral and thematic strategies across transport, energy, water and land use
- Public sector and local authority-led programmes
- Planning-led environmental assessments
- Integrated projects alongside planners, engineers and environmental specialists
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience working in an environmental consultancy environment as an Environmental Consultant
- Strong, demonstrable experience delivering Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
- Good working knowledge of Irish planning and environmental legislation
- Experience engaging with public sector clients and statutory bodies
- Excellent report writing, analytical and communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- €55,000 – 65,000k DOE + Bonus
