Electrical Site Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site electrical operations for construction projects. This role will be based in Dublin and you will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards as well as maintaining project documentation. You will lead your teams to deliver to quality, on time and to budget projects, in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical site activities and workforce (incl. subcontractors).
- Monitor progress, track metrics and report to the Project Manager.
- Manage site setup, logistics, deliveries and minor materials.
- Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations and site specific safety plans.
- Conduct site audits, toolbox talks and maintain safety and quality records.
- Review drawings, tender scope and support commissioning processes.
- Maintain and submit all required documentation, reports and labour records.
- Support PM with procurement tracking, risk mitigation and “lessons learned” reporting.
- Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and internal teams.
Requirements:
- The Electrical Site Supervisor will need proven site supervision experience in electrical construction.
- Strong understanding of EHS, QA/QC and project management principles.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
- Experience managing commissioning processes and final handovers.
