Electrical Site Manager
We are recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager that will be based in Cork. You will be the key on-site representative for the Project Manager and will be leading all electrical site activities from pre-mobilisation to commissioning and demobilisation across diverse projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site electrical activities from start-up to demobilisation
- Support Project Manager with planning, programmes and site setup
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments and drawings
- Manage subcontractors, labour allocations and equipment deliveries
- Maintain site diaries and chair site meetings
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks and perform EHS/QA audits
- Enforce safe work practices, PPE use and site safety policies
- Oversee quality controls, inspections, snagging and NCR management
- Coordinate commissioning and handover activities
- Manage site demobilisation and final documentation
- Maintain positive company image and assist site teams as needed
Requirements
- Qualified electrical apprenticeship/trade cert with 5+ years site management experience
- Experience managing electrical projects >€5M
- Strong communication, planning and leadership skills
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or environmental management certifications (preferred)
- Proficient with construction programmes and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
- PICW Level A certification advantageous
