Electrical QC Lead (Sweden)
I am recruiting for an Electrical QC Lead to provide leadership and technical expertise to ensure project quality conformance from construction through system turnover. This role is based in Gavle, Sweden on a large Data Centre project with a large Tier 1 M&E contractor. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will plan and execute quality control activities, lead system walkdowns, and support the delivery of first-of-a-kind installations on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Operations, Commissioning, EHS, Supply Chain, and client stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- As Electrical QC Lead you will monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Control program and drive continuous improvement
- Plan and lead system walkdowns in line with project schedules, managing a team of Inspectors
- Review construction methodologies for off-site manufacturing (OSM) and develop inspection matrices for off-site and on-site works
- Oversee completion of inspection checklists and closure of snags ahead of W1/W2/W3 walkdowns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management, ideally within a data centre or complex construction environment
- This Electrical QC Lead will need a strong knowledge of applicable industry standards and quality systems
- ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification and practical auditing experience
- Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Experience in risk identification, review, and mitigation planning
