Electrical Project Manager
We are recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of HV/MV electrical infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion in Kildare. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HV/MV electrical projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- As Electrical Project Manager, you will develop project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resources, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Oversee project phases including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to support efficient project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience managing HV/MV electrical engineering projects.
- This Electrical Project Manager will need strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and national electrical standards.
- Experience delivering substation, transmission, or distribution projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Experience managing project budgets, financial forecasts, and commercial performance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
