Electrical Project Engineers
Electrical Project Engineers required to join one of Europe’s leading contractors for HV and MV Renewable Energy projects across Dublin & Leinster . The Electrical Project Engineer will report into the Electrical Project Manager and be responsible for the working with a team of Electrical sub-contractors ensuring the successful design and installation of large electrical systems in keeping with the project programme.

Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers and the Delivery team by taking ownership of key aspects of project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Assist in the procurement process, coordinating equipment delivery schedules and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
- Liaise with existing and prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of tender documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct technical evaluations of equipment proposals to ensure they meet design and project specifications.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to verify that all equipment adheres to design standards and performance criteria.
- Assist with the management and coordination of onsite works, ensuring all activities comply with company standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor contractors’ activities, reviewing their work in line with company procedures and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or trade background.
- At least 3-10+ Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with HV and MV substation projects would be beneficial.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages. EPLAN experience very beneficial.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- A UK or EU passport beneficial.
