Electrical Package Manager
Electrical Package Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Finland. The successful candidate would be reporting into the Electrical Project Lead and will be provided excellent support and career progression opportunities.

Duties:
- Manage the Electrical Systems package, including schedule, costs, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations.
- Oversee safety and quality compliance with the Project Manager, Safety Advisor, and QA Manager, ensuring proper setup and closeout of files.
- Drive a strong QHSE culture across the team and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, snagging, and material/plant deliveries to align with project requirements.
- Report weekly on progress, costs, risks, and delays through internal and external updates.
- Support project closeout, including final accounts, O&M manuals, snag resolution, and all documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or relevant Electrical trade background.
- 5 Years+ experience as an Electrical Supervisor/Engineer/ Package Manager.
- Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven track record of having led teams on large projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- Salary package €115,000 to €125,000 DOE
