Electrical Engineer required to join a large M&E contractor on a Data Centre construction project in Norway.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Collaborating with the construction team to develop method statements and risk assessments for production activities.
• Compiling reports and conducting front-end studies, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.
• Preparing technical and contract documentation for issuance and analysing returned tenders.
• Maintaining and updating the delivery schedule to manage and track deliveries effectively.
• Addressing queries with the Design team via the Request for Information (RFI) system.
• Monitoring project progress against the program and issuing progress reports.
• Creating look-ahead programs to support production planning.
• Performing quality control through inspections and snagging processes.

Qualifications / Skills:

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4 Years+ experience within the engineering and construction industry.
• Previous experience in the Data Centre, Semi-Conductor or Pharma sector would be an advantage.
• Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux and Microsoft Office Packages.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An EU passport in essential due to the Visa Requirements.
