Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience designing mechanical services installations, preferably in healthcare, education, and commercial office sectors
- Full, clean driving licence and own transport
Preference
- Candidates meeting the above requirements, and if not currently chartered, working towards chartership
- Experience with Revit BIM software in the relevant field
