Key Responsibilities

Design and specification of electrical systems to current regulations and design standards

Collaborate with clients, project engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to define project requirements and technical solutions

Develop and agree on design processes and deliverables

Lead pre-construction activities including services coordination, technical submittals, and subcontractor engagement

Provide technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial, and on-site project teams

Assist in construction phase support and site-based coordination as required
Requirements
-
Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering

A number of years of relevant experience, ideally in a consultancy environment

Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and building services design

Experience with current design guides, Irish Building Regulations, EN and IEC standards

Proficiency in design software including Dialux and Amtech

Experience engaging with clients, vendors, and contractors
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within multifunctional teams
