Electrical Commissioning Manager
An experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager is needed to join one of Europe’s leading engineering contractors for a data centre project in Gavle, Sweden. This contractor has a strong pipeline of projects for the next five years and offers excellent career progression opportunities.

- Manage the project’s electrical commissioning program in line with project timelines and deadlines.
- Oversee CFCI and OFCI vendors within the commissioning scope.
- Communicate regularly with all direct Electrical Commissioning Engineers and commissioning subcontractors.
- Supervise the programming, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
- Interpret and understand electrical drawings.
- Stay updated on local standards and regulations for electrical systems.
- Produce reports on quality control issues, testing and commissioning issues for the PM and copy the electrical engineering and operations managers.
- Oversee all lockout/tagout procedures for electrical systems.
- Prepare documentation for client handover.
- Liaise with the client and attend site meetings.
- Perform any other duties related to electrical commissioning as required by the Project Manager. Requirements:
- A relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or an Electrical Trade qualification is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on data centre projects is beneficial.
- Experience with an M&E contractor in the UK or Ireland is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- The successful Electrical Commissioning Manager must be eligible to work in Europe without a permit.
