My client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is delivering a range of residential, healthcare, and commercial projects across Ireland. Theyare seeking a Design Manager for their Cork offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from concept through to construction
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure design aligns with project requirements and budget
- Lead design reviews and manage technical submissions
- Resolve design and buildability issues
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Design Manager or similar role
- Strong technical background in construction or engineering
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
Salary
- €80k – €90k
- Bonus 5%
