Design Manager
Design Manager required for a leading housing developer to work from the head office in Dublin City. Our client is an award-winning property developer and offers a hybrid working model.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate design and construction practices effectively.
- Conducts design assessments & provide recommendations to optimise project performance.
- Monitor and reports on project performance.
- Identify and implements innovative design solutions and best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Support the project team in resolving design-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building standards and certifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience as a Design Manager within the construction or property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of residential building practices, standards, and certifications.
- Experience collaborating with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Package:
- Competitive salary – circa €85k-€95k+ DOE
