Design Architect
A creative and talented Design Architect possessing excellent design skills along with 5 years’ industry experience, is required by a well-known architectural studio in Dublin city centre. This medium sized practice has a strong foothold in the market and due to an increase in projects.
Some of their current projects include a range of residential, multi-unit apartments, medium and largescale housing developments, mixed-use and commercial projects.
The ideal Design Architect must have previous residential project experience from conceptual / schematic design and design development, hold professional membership to RIAI / RIBA and have a good understanding of current building and planning regulations, along with proficiency in Revit.

Requirements:
- RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with 5 years+ industry experience
- Proven project success taking project from concept design through to construction
- Previous residential project experience is required
- Excellent design skills
- An eye for detail
- Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding and experience working within the current planning legislations
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland

- €60k-€65k doe
