Join one of Europe’s leading main contractors as a Data Centre Project Manager on an exciting Data Centre project in Vienna, Austria. The Ideal candidate will be proficient in both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee the project scope to ensure seamless delivery. This role will require relocation to Sweden.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize engineering and innovation for efficient project delivery.
- Develop and execute project planning strategies, managing costs, budgets, labour, commissioning, and overall project performance.
- Direct project setup focusing on best practices, documentation, and schedules.
- Maintain continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction with cost, scope, and timelines.
- Proactively monitor project health, safety processes, and team culture, ensuring quality targets are met.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Construction or Engineering (Trade or Degree background considered).
- 10+ years of construction management experience with 5 years as a Data Centre Project Manager delivering large scale DC projects.
- Prior experience with leading contractors in Ireland, Mainland Europe, or the UK.
- The Data Centre Project Manager will have detailed knowledge of CSA and MEP scope.
- Eligible to work in Europe.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Benefits:
- Salary circa €120,000 to €130,000 – Full package – DOE.
